No hands? That’s very good.
Because if you are interested in building closer relationships with your customers then you must already be using Social Media in your marketing. And, as A B2B marketer, you’re also taking advantage of social networking to build connections, new relationships and potential leads, right?

I’m currently back home in England enjoying some rest and relaxation. Before I left Toronto I thought it would be very hard being away from tweeting, blogging and all my other social networks, including blogging. To my delight it hasn’t been that difficult at all.

One reason some enterprise companies give for not entering fully into Social Media Marketing is the lack of case studies, clues to see who’s done it before and how it worked. That excuse is wearing thin because these days it’s a matter of doing your research.
